Go wild, go Irish!

Well, you know. This was my first day in Dublin. I mean ever. Few years ago I was in Scotland, but just for a week and my English was not as good at the time. But now the things changed and I hope I'll go real English. And WILD!
But you know. I'm still the same IT guy as I was all the time before and I don't want to change anything. ('cause being a geek has some advantages) So going wild means having free kind of life, making new friends and maybe having a beer or two in a week. I'm not going to start smoking, really drinking or taking drugs or something. Really NO! Just being on my own legs and trying to learn something new for my future life and education. How was my first day in Dublin? Really great. I'm now 27 hours in here and nothing went wrong yet. Except for the bus transport, but let's keep that story for a while.
First thing I saw from Dublin was for sure the airport. In comparison to Czech one, it was a real dogs breakfast. Overcrowded, full of chaos and such a things. But I got my bag and I found the bus station of line 16a that runs directly to Terenure Cross. Right to place near where I'm right now laying in the bad writing this one. So far so good. But very soon I got into trouble. My GPS wasn't working and when I realized I missed the stop, where I should get off, I was about one mile away from my new home. Finally I found the right place as easy as I got into this small problem.
Yesterday we got for dinner some chicken in cheese sauce and baked potatoes. It was really tasty. Then we were just sitting and speaking about ourselves and so... I forgot to say, that I'm not the only one in the house of Siobhan O'Brien. There is also one guy from Spain and two people called Alex. Both from States, but girl and boy... Sadly, they are leaving this Thursday, but I would probably stay in touch thanks to Facebook.
Morning was just normal. Having some toast with butter and a cup of tea. Than Siobhan showed us a part of Dublin and the way to school, because other day we'll go to school on our owns. It is Monday 4th of August and normally all schools are closed due to state holidays. But today we had to visit school to just write the test and go to the center of the city. We have the school just 20 minutes of walk from our home, so we don't need to buy the bus ticket every day. Just maybe in case of really bad weather, but not today or tomorrow.
And now it is 8:35 PM local time. The dinner is over but i hope that the fun is on the beginning...
See you again tomorrow guys!
